Services

One partner. A much bigger toolbox.

Technology rarely stays inside one category. Neither do we.

Our approach

Understanding before prescribing.

We don't assume cloud is better, local is better, custom is better, or replacing everything is better. The right answer depends on the business problem, the risks, the people using the system, and what you need it to do tomorrow.

Common questions

Answers before you ask.

What does CyberLogix Innovations do?

CyberLogix Innovations helps small and midsize businesses manage, secure, connect, build and improve the technology they depend on every day. That covers managed IT and support, cybersecurity, networks and infrastructure, custom software, web and hosting, voice and communications, and automation and systems integration.

What kinds of businesses does CyberLogix work with?

Small and midsize businesses that need one technology partner across several disciplines rather than a separate vendor for each category.

When was CyberLogix founded, and by whom?

CyberLogix was founded in 2002 by Steven D. Winkelman, whose technology background began with electronics repair and assembly-language programming on the Apple II and later x86.

Do I need to know which technology I need before contacting you?

No. You do not need to know which technology you need before contacting us — working that out is part of our job. Start by describing the business problem.

Does CyberLogix push everything to the cloud?

No. We choose cloud, local or hybrid systems based on requirements rather than fashion. Cloud is a tool, not a religion, and the right answer depends on the business problem, the risks and the people using the system.

Can CyberLogix connect two systems that are not supposed to integrate?

Often, yes. Building the bridge when two otherwise useful systems refuse to communicate is a core part of our automation and systems integration work. Unsupported and impossible are not synonyms.

Does CyberLogix help after a ransomware incident?

Yes. We isolate affected systems, assess the damage, restore operations from protected backups, and strengthen the environment afterwards to reduce future exposure.

Not sure which one you need?

Start with the problem, not the category.

Describe what is happening and we will help work out which capability actually applies.
